3D Printers
We currently have the following printers in use
All printers used are from Prusa. We highly recommend their printers, as they have near-zero downtime and achieve outstanding results at affordable prices, Prusa develops and manufactures in the EU.
General FDM printer
With a construction volume of 250 x 210 x 220 mm and a nozzle temperature of up to 290 °C, the MK4S is an absolute all-rounder.
We mainly use it to print PLA and PETG, but also PC, flexible filaments and, with a special printing plate, PP.
High-temperature printer
The description “the only printer an engineer needs” hits the nail on the head: With an actively heated print chamber up to 90°C, delta kinematics and a quickly exchangeable high-flow and high-temperature printhead up to 500°C, this printer not only allows extremely fast prototyping, but also easy printing of PA, ABS and ASA, as well as high-performance polymers such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PES, PPSU and FEP.
Multi-material printer with 5 toolheads
This printer enables true multi-material printing. Be it chemical structures that simply need to be printed in up to 5 different colors or a combination of flexible elements in one structure, the printer makes it possible. Various support filaments are used for complex geometries. In combination with the large print volume of 360 x 360 x 360 mm and the renowned technology from the MK4, it is the perfect printer.
SLA printer
The SLA printer completes our setup. The technology is impressive, this printer makes it possible to print small things in extremely high resolution. Whether tough or flexible is no problem. With an exposure time of less than 2 seconds per layer in some cases, it is also very fast.
